Put your business inside AI assistants and browsers

Peak Software builds plugins that put your business inside the tools customers already use: ChatGPT apps, other AI assistants and Chrome extensions. A customer can check stock, get a quote or make a booking without leaving the chat or the browser. The plugin is listed under your business name.

What a plugin is, in plain words

A plugin is a small piece of software that adds your business to someone else's platform. In ChatGPT, it's called an app. In Chrome, it's an extension.

Without a plugin, an AI assistant can only tell a customer what it read about you on the web, and that may be out of date. With one, the assistant can ask your system directly: today's stock, a live quote, open booking slots. The customer gets a real answer, and the booking or order lands in your system.

Examples by use

  • A customer asks an AI assistant for a quote, and your plugin works it out from your price list.
  • A traveller checks open dates and books a room without leaving the chat.
  • A buyer checks whether a part is in stock at your store, and reserves it.
  • A client looks up their order, invoice or job status by asking.
  • Staff use a browser extension that fills in forms from your own system, so nobody copies and pastes.
  • Sales staff see a customer's history in the browser, next to the email they're reading.

Listing and review

ChatGPT apps and Chrome extensions go through each platform's own review before they're listed. We prepare the listing, the description, the privacy details and the test account the reviewer needs, then take it through review.

The listing carries your business name and your branding, on accounts in your name. If you ever leave us, the plugin and its accounts stay with you.

Who it suits

If your customers don't use AI assistants yet, a fast website and a WhatsApp assistant usually come first. We'll tell you if a plugin isn't worth it for you yet.

  • Businesses whose customers already ask AI assistants for recommendations, such as travel, retail and services.
  • Businesses with something live to show: stock, prices, availability or order status.
  • Teams who spend hours copying data between a browser and their own system.
  • Businesses that already have a booking or stock system, and want more ways in.

Questions

What is a ChatGPT app?

It's a plugin that lets ChatGPT work with a business's own system. A customer can ask for a quote, check stock or book, and the answer comes from your live data rather than from an old web page.

Do customers need to install anything?

For a ChatGPT app, the customer turns it on inside ChatGPT, with no download. A Chrome extension is installed from the Chrome Web Store with one click.

Is it worth it for a small business?

Sometimes. It's worth it when your customers already use AI assistants and you have live information to share, such as stock, prices or open dates. If not, a fast website and WhatsApp booking usually come first.

Can a plugin take bookings or payments?

It can take bookings and orders into your own system. Payment is usually finished on a secure payment page, so card details never pass through the chat.

Whose name is on the listing?

Yours. The plugin is listed under your business name, on accounts you own.
