We look after your website or app
The Peak Software care plan looks after your website, app or system from R800 a month. It covers monitoring, fixes, support, maintenance, hosting and business email, and includes a free redesign of your website when you join. It works for anything we built and for sites and apps you already have.

For sites and apps we didn't build
You don't need to have built with us. If your developer has moved on, or your site was set up years ago and nobody has touched it since, we can take it over.
We start by checking what you have: where it's hosted, who controls the domain, whether there are backups, and what needs urgent attention. Then we move what's needed onto accounts in your name and take over the upkeep.
The free redesign
When you join the care plan, we redesign your existing website for free. You get a fast, modern site that works well on phones and gives Google and AI assistants clear facts to work with. It keeps your content and your domain.
How joining works
- A short call about what you have and what you need looked after.
- We check your site or app: hosting, domain, email, backups and anything urgent.
- We move what's needed onto accounts in your name, avoiding downtime wherever we can.
- We start the redesign and take over the monitoring, fixes and upkeep.
- You get one contact for questions, by email or WhatsApp.
What isn't included
- New features or new pages beyond the redesign are quoted on their own, with one fixed price before work starts.
- New apps or systems are quoted on your spec.
- Third-party fees you pay directly, such as app store accounts or paid add-ons, stay in your name and on your account.
Why it matters
Websites and apps don't stay working on their own. Software needs security updates, phones and browsers change, stores update their rules, and domains and certificates expire. Many problems start with something nobody was watching.
The care plan is optional, and it starts at R800 a month. The exact price depends on what we look after. We work remotely with businesses across South Africa.

Do you take over websites built by someone else?
Yes. We check what you have, move it to accounts in your name if needed, and take over the upkeep.
Is business email included?
Yes. Business email on your own domain is part of the care plan.
What if I already have a developer?
That's fine. The care plan can cover hosting, monitoring and upkeep while your developer keeps building features, or we can take over fully. We agree who does what in writing.
Is there a contract term?
The terms are set out in writing before you start, including how to cancel. Ask us for the current terms when we talk.
Does the care plan cover apps too?
Yes. It covers websites, apps and business systems, including keeping apps up to date with App Store and Google Play changes.
